很多人或许会认为，虽然很多大公司要求递交中英文简历，但是HR大都是中国人，所以只要把中文简历缔造好，英文简历只是走个过场，随便弄一下就可以了。但是外企HR告诉我们其实一名求职者最初发送的中英文简历会跟着他求职的整个过程，或许第一轮把关的是中国人。但是，一旦到后面几轮面试，面试官很可能是以英语为母语的人士，他们跟之前的面试官可能并没有交流，而是完全根据你的简历和你的表现来作判断。这个时候，如果你的英文简历如果出现任何差错的话，那么就会使你的印象大打折扣，这样的后果往往可能变得非常严重。
