冠词使用方法
请教老师们:As president of the university,I am proud to welcome you to this university. 中为何president前没限定词a/the呢？在此先谢谢老师了！
这里不是没限定词，而是被省略了，当然不省略也是可以的。《葛传槼英语惯使用方法词典》the词条中有如此的说明：
19.在要紧职位的名字的前面总是省去“the”；比如：
He held the post of headmaster for fifteen years.
He is manager of a bank.
She is editor of a magazine for women.
John, king of England, signed magna Charta in 1215.
▲再给两个例句：
They picked Jane as the captain. 他们选了简任队长�！杜＝蛴⒂锎钆浯实洹�
They’ve appointed Fred treasurer. 他们任命弗雷德为财务主管。（夸克《英语语法大全》）
